Opened in the early 70's, the popular and modern, SANDIEGO has kept
up with the times. Only a four blocks from the METRO Station-EXPOSICIONES,
The SANDIEGO features secure parking in floors 3-8, shopping in floors
1-3, plus quality commercial and professional offices in the Towers.
Security begins at the entrance into the Parking Floors where both license plates and occupants are video recorded as they pass by the guard house.
Open areas create a park like setting for shopper’s to relax and re-group. The Children’s Play Area, a common feature offered by all of Medellin’s first class shopping centers.

Note from MedellinInfo. There are three Information Booths in the Shopping Center. NONE of the attendants spoke English, or a second language. Is SANDIEGO interesting in increasing the value of their investment through the creation of a positive international image? More international tourists will improve profits of their tenants? When tenants make more money, the Shopping Center can raise rents. And what about helping to add NEW MONEY to the local Medellin economy? It’s so simple to do! Why no Bi-lingual attendants? What a shame!
