Welcome to the Shopping Center SAN DIEGO
Security begins at the entrance into the Parking Floors where both license plates and occupants are video recorded as they pass by the guard house. Open areas create a park like setting for shopper’s to relax and re-group. The Children’s Play Area, a common feature offered by all of Medellin’s first class shopping centers. SANDIEGO is unique, with nearly 300 stores, of various sizes and floor plans. No boring cookie cutter design here! Twin elevators whisk shoppers up and down to their cars located on floors 3-8. Motos, park on the 8th. floor. A three photo panorama of Medellin. Photographed from the top floor of the parking garage. SANDIEGO TORRE SUR, contains most every kind and size of offices imaginable, from Banks, Doctors, Travel Agencies, etc., etc. Escalators throughout the Shopping Center save the shoppers energy for exploring, buying AND having more fun. Shown is a miniature sculpture exhibit. Exhibits change frequently. Food courts and veggie bars are spaced throughout the SANDIEGO Shopping Center Note from MedellinInfo. There are three Information Booths in the Shopping Center. NONE of the attendants spoke English, or a second language. Is SANDIEGO interesting in increasing the value of their investment through the creation of a positive international image? More international tourists will improve profits of their tenants? When tenants make more money, the Shopping Center can raise rents. And what about helping to add NEW MONEY to the local Medellin economy? It’s so simple to do! Why no Bi-lingual attendants? What a shame! |
