TRIPS FROM MEDELLIN TO ANTIOQUIA'S 125 CITIES As tourists and local folks feel more comfortable (from a personal safety standpoint), about exploring the smaller cities in Antioquia a single source data base makes the planning stage a time saver and more fun. MedellinInfo offers the following: 1. One hundred twenty-five Road Maps, from Medellin as a starting point, to each of the 125 cities in Antioquia. Each city map, along with city information, is on its own page so you can easily print the maps for your convenience. 2. Once a year, each of the above cities offers Fiestas as a fun time diversion for the locals and a big welcome for visitors. Events such as: fairs, music, arts, crafts, dancing, etc. Check out the Fiestas List which appears by: Fiesta date, City and Type of Fiesta. If your going by Bus.... 3. Once you've combined steps 1 and 2, next is step 3-check out the Bus Information where you will find alphabetical listings of cities, name of the bus company (s) that go there, whether they depart from the North or South Terminal (both Bus Terminals are within walking distance of a METRO station) and the telephone number of the Bus company where you can ask further info. such as time schedules, prices, etc. |
