The Olaya Herrera Domestic Airport is convenently located in the center of Medellin, a couple of miles east of the POBLADO METRO STATION. From the station you can take a bus or taxi, direct to the airport.
Hours of operation are during daylight, from 6 in the morning until 6 at night.
The airport has good ground access. It's modern, clean, functional and has good security. All airline, travel and car rental companies are conveniently located on the main floor.
There
is also a wide selection of beverage, food, communications, flower,
gift and other stores...perhaps a hundred stores in all!
